Maintenance Release

This updated version of The Events Calendar brings some CSS tweaks for compatibility with the new version of Events Calendar Pro.

As always, we recommend updating on a staging site, just to be safe, but it should all be smooth sailing.

 

🔧 Tweaks

A few tweaks we made under the hood:

  • Added minor CSS tweaks to align with the new shortcode-based blocks in Events Calendar Pro.
  • Added hook to CSV importer to enable add-on plugins to support their fields during import.
  • Included new filter tec_system_information allowing better control over the Troubleshooting Help page.
  • Included a Views V2 Status on the Troubleshooting page system info section to help with clarity for support.
  • Minor CSS tweaks to align with the new shortcode based blocks in ECP.

✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

  • Prevented Onboarding assets from loading on the admin when not needed.
  • Removed CSS attributes targeting aria-labels to prevent inconsistent styling for different languages.
  • Resolved sorting problems when using orderby with the Event repository when no other orderby values are specified.
